Lowell Ballard

Lowell Ballard manages the 100+ person Technology Division for Timmons Group.  He is passionate about solving data management issues for natural resources agencies including forestry, fisheries and wildlife.  He provides solutions for his clients that work to implement all facets of the cohesive strategy including landscapes, communities and response.  Most recently, he’s been focused on cross-boundary collaboration, shared stewardship and performance measures and ultimately turning data into useful and actionable information.
