“The IAWF Board of Directors extends its heartfelt sympathy to the families and friends of the three American fire fighters killed last week in a water tanker crash in Australia. The extent of the current tragedy unfolding in Australia goes beyond this immediate incident and brings the total number of people who have lost their lives to 32; this includes nine fire fighters. Our condolences go out to all who have suffered loss during this very difficult fire season. IAWF stands in solidarity with our first responder partners in Australia as well as all of our IAWF members as they continue to weather this unprecedented bushfire season an assist in a variety of ways. “
