Hotel:
When you register for "The '88 Fires: Yellowstone and Beyond" conference, you will have an opportunity to reserve a hotel room or condo at the conference site. Many of the rooms are within the Federal Government Per Diem lodging rate, which is $84 a night. We were able to obtain a very special rate for the rooms, much lower than the normal rate. The hotel reservations must be made through the conference registration web site.
Condos with kitchens and multiple bedrooms are also available, so you might want to consider pooling your lodging funds with friends and co-workers to secure these more comfortable facilities. Condos would also be ideal for families.
The hotel is a destination resort within 6 blocks, a 10-15-minute walk, of the Jackson Hole town square-- and many, many restaurants and shops.
