- November 9, 2009 - hotel reservation form available online
- November 12, 2009 - conference registration form available online
- April 1, 2010 - cut off date for early registration (beginning April 1 all registrations carry a $30 late registration fee)
- April 5, 2010 - cut off date for guest room reservations (beginning April 5 the conference rate of $109 will no longer be guaranteed)
Proposal Submitters/Presenters:
- December 18, 2009 - abstract/Proposal submission deadline
- January 2010 - target month for proposal notification
- February 2010 - target month for notification of presentation date/time
- February 2010 - target month for confirmation of audio visual needs
- March 2010 - target date for final (revised) papers due
