Key Dates

All Participants:

  • November 9, 2009 - hotel reservation form available online
  • November 12, 2009 - conference registration form available online
  • April 1, 2010 - cut off date for early registration (beginning April 1 all registrations carry a $30 late registration fee)
  • April 5, 2010 - cut off date for guest room reservations (beginning April 5 the conference rate of $109 will no longer be guaranteed)

Proposal Submitters/Presenters:

  • December 18, 2009 - abstract/Proposal submission deadline
  • January 2010 - target month for proposal notification
  • February 2010 - target month for notification of presentation date/time
  • February 2010 - target month for confirmation of audio visual needs
  • March 2010 - target date for final (revised) papers due
