The International Association of Wildland Fire (IAWF) is offering an opportunity in 2010 for Exhibitors at the 3rd Fire Behavior and Fuels Conference Beyond Fire Behavior and Fuels: Learning from the Past to Help Guide Us in the Future.

Exhibit Hours

Monday, October 25 – by 5:00 p.m. for Icebreaker Reception

Tuesday, Wednesday, October 26-27 – 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (teardown by 4:00 pm on Wednesday)

Exhibit Registration and Payment

  • Registration rate is $750 per booth

  • Spaces are assigned by the Exhibit Coordinator: booth assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.

  • Cancellation Policy: $175 for cancellation prior to September 25, 2009, no refunds for cancellation after September 25, 2009

Registration Includes

  • One attendee per booth (additional attendees at $150 per person, maximum 5 attendees per booth)

  • One skirted 6ft x 30in table, pipe and drape and 2 chairs (booth dimensions: approximately 8ft by 10ft)

  • Company description and logo in the conference notebook and on the conference website

Exhibitor Service Package

All exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Service Package approximately 60 days prior to the conference. This package will include detailed information on topics such as shipping, storage and other logistics such as necessary forms for extra services.

Program Advertising

  • Program advertisements are available at $200 per ad. (Ad specs pending)
