Exhibit Days
- Monday, April 4 - set-up hours 12-6 p.m., Icebreaker Reception 6-7 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 5 - breakfast in exhibit area 7-8 a.m., morning break, afternoon break
- Wednesday, April 6 - breakfast in exhibit area 7-8 a.m., morning break, afternoon break (teardown by 6 p.m. on Wednesday)
Exhibit Registration and Payment
- Registration rate is $750 per booth
- Spaces are assigned by the Exhibit Coordinator: booth assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.
- Cancellation Policy: $75 for cancellation prior to March 25, 2010, no refunds for cancellation after March 25, 2010
Registration Includes
- Two attendees per booth (additional attendees after two will be $175 per person, maximum 5 attendees per booth, discounts on additional attendees may be available to IAWF members, contact Michelle Ekstrom for details)
- One skirted 6ft x 30in table, pipe and drape and 2 chairs (booth dimensions: approximately 8ft by 10ft)
- Company description and logo in the conference notebook and on the conference website
Exhibitor Service Package
All exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Service Package approximately 60 days prior to the conference. This package will include detailed information on topics such as shipping, storage and other logistics such as necessary forms for extra services.
