The proceedings from the 2nd Fire Behavior and Fuels Conference, “The Fire Environment Innovations, Management, and Policy” are now available for downloading HERE. Be advised that it is a large file, 31 MB, and should not be attempted with a dial-up internet connection. A CD with the proceedings can be ordered from the U.S. Forest Service’’s Rocky Mountain Research Station.
